  • 会员在 M3 里点「去购物」，跳到品牌官方渠道正常下单、正常付款Members tap “Go shopping” in M3 and land on the brand's own store, where they order and pay as usual
  • 必须从 M3 点进去才算，自己打开品牌 App 下单不算Only orders that start from an M3 click count; opening the brand's app directly does not

商家接入要什么条件、怎么收费？What does it take for a merchant to join, and what does it cost?
每家店情况不同，我们在接入之前把券的内容、核销方式和条款一起谈清楚，写信到 [email protected] 就可以开始。Every business is different, so we agree the voucher, how it's redeemed and the terms together before anything goes live. Email [email protected] to start.
会员怎么拿到奖励积分？How do members earn Reward Points?
开通会员当天奖励积分到账；之后每天在 App 里签到看推广视频，完整看完一条算一条，服务器按片长计时。Reward Points land on the day a member joins. After that, members watch ads in the app — each one counts only when watched in full, timed on our server.
奖励积分怎么用？How are Reward Points used?
奖励积分专门用来在 M3 商城兑换券与商品，没有到期日，10 奖励积分起兑。时限只会出现在具体的券上，券面上会写清楚。Reward Points are for redeeming vouchers and products in the M3 Store. They never expire, and redemptions start from 10 Reward Points. Time limits only ever sit on an individual voucher, and that voucher says so.
线上品牌的购物返点什么时候上线？When do Shopping Rewards with online brands launch?
已经上线了，会员在 App 的「购物返点」里就能看到目前接入的品牌和各自的约返比例。名单还在加，每一家都要先通过联盟网络和品牌自己的审核，逐条核对条款之后才开放。It is already live — members can see the connected brands and their rates under Shopping Rewards in the app. The list keeps growing; each brand must first be approved by the affiliate network and the brand itself, and its terms checked, before it is switched on.
M3 俱乐部跟普通会员卡有什么不一样？How is M3 Club different from a loyalty card?
普通会员卡绑在一家店：那家店关了，卡就废了。M3 的会员身份不绑店 —— 生态品牌的产品、线上的返点、到店的券，走的是同一个账户；每多接进一家，已经在里面的会员都跟着受益。A loyalty card is tied to one shop — when the shop closes, the card goes with it. An M3 membership isn't tied to any shop: partner-brand products, online rebates and in-store vouchers all run on one account, and every brand that joins is a gain for everyone already inside.
生态品牌怎么进 M3 商城？How does a brand get into the M3 Store?
写信到 [email protected]。我们一起定好产品或券的内容和兑换方式，审核通过后上架到 M3 商城，会员用奖励积分兑换。Email [email protected]. We agree the product or voucher and how it's redeemed; once approved it goes live in the M3 Store, and members redeem it with Reward Points.
推广视频怎么审？How are promo videos reviewed?
先审后播。每一条推广视频都要先通过我们的审核，才会进会员每日签到的播放池。Reviewed before anything plays. Every promo video has to pass our review before it enters the daily check-in rotation.
M3 有没有推荐机制？Is there a referral programme?
有。会员推荐别人开通会员可以获得奖金，完整的分配规则公开写在制度页上，开通前就能看完整版。这一页讲的是平台本身 —— 商家和品牌怎么接进来、会员能用奖励积分做什么。Yes. Members can earn a bonus for introducing others, and the full distribution rules are published openly on our rules page — anyone can read all of it before joining. This page is about the platform itself: how merchants and brands join, and what members can do with their Reward Points.
